Thymosin beta-10 (TMSB10) is a small, intrinsically disordered cytoskeletal protein primarily known for its role in binding actin monomers and disrupting actin polymerization, which regulates cell migration, proliferation, and invasion. It is upregulated in various solid tumors and associated with poor prognosis, metastasis, and immune infiltration.
