TMCC2 antisense RNA 1 (TMCC2-AS1)

TMCC2 antisense RNA 1 (TMCC2-AS1) is a long non-coding RNA gene located on chromosome 1 (human genome), antisense to the TMCC2 coding sequence. Like other antisense lncRNAs, it is presumed to have a potential role in the regulation of gene expression, possibly involving RNA-RNA or RNA-protein interactions, or epigenetic modulation.
