Similar to other antisense lncRNAs, its primary feature is transcription that overlaps or is adjacent to a gene locus, potentially allowing regulation of sense gene expression or epigenetic modulation[1][2][5]. However, no detailed biological function, clinical significance, or disease relevance of TRABD2B-AS1 has been reported in current literature.
