Transcription factor E4F1 (E4F1) is a multi-domain zinc finger protein with both transcription factor and E3 ubiquitin ligase activities. It regulates critical cellular processes such as the cell cycle, apoptosis, DNA damage response, and mitochondrial metabolism.
