Target intelligence / Profile preview
Transcription factor p65, also known as RELA, is a critical subunit of the NF-κB transcription factor complex. It regulates genes involved in immune response, inflammation, cell proliferation/differentiation, and apoptosis. Dysregulation or constitutive activation has been linked to cancer development and autoinflammatory diseases.
Inhibition of NF-κB signaling pathway by blocking RELA/p65 activation, nuclear translocation, or DNA binding.
