Tripartite motif-containing 43 pseudogene

Tripartite motif-containing 43 pseudogene (TRIM43CP) is a noncoding genomic sequence highly similar to the functional TRIM43 genes, which are part of the tripartite motif (TRIM) family involved in protein ubiquitination, intracellular compartmentalization, and other cellular processes.
