TSPAN11 antisense RNA 1 (TSPAN11-AS1)

TSPAN11 antisense RNA 1 (TSPAN11-AS1) is the putative antisense RNA transcript associated with the TSPAN11 gene. There is currently no scientific evidence supporting its role as a protein, receptor, enzyme, transporter, or druggable biological target. Unlike the well-studied tetraspanin family members (such as Tetraspanin 1/TSPAN1), which regulate cell adhesion, migration, proliferation, and are implicated in cancer progression[2][3][4], TSPAN11-AS1 lacks validated biological function or disease relevance.
