TTC7B antisense RNA 1 (TTC7B-AS1) is a long non-coding RNA (lncRNA) transcribed from the antisense strand of the TTC7B gene locus[3]. Like other antisense RNAs, it is presumed to play a regulatory role in gene expression, likely affecting either the TTC7B sense transcript or nearby genes through epigenetic or transcriptional interference mechanisms[2].
