Target intelligence / Profile preview
Recombinant adenovirus serotype 5 (Ad5) vector with deleted early region genes (E1 and/or E3) used to deliver tumor-associated antigens (TAAs). This approach aims to stimulate an immune response against cancer cells by presenting these antigens and thereby inducing anti-tumor immunity.
The Ad5 vector infects cells and expresses tumor-associated antigens, leading to antigen presentation and activation of cytotoxic T-cells, thereby inducing anti-tumor immunity.
