Tumor-associated antigens (TAAs) targeted by MASCT-I-primed T cells represent a diverse set of proteins overexpressed in malignant cells, serving as the focal point for Multiple Antigen Stimulating Cell Therapy (MASCT-I) [4, 5]. This therapeutic approach utilizes autologous dendritic cells (DCs) loaded with a cocktail of 15 distinct TAAs—such as hTERT, p53, Survivin, NY-ESO-1, and CEA—to prime and expand a broad repertoire of tumor-specific T cells [2, 15]. By targeting multiple antigens simultaneously, the therapy aims to overcome tumor heterogeneity and reduce the likelihood of immune escape through antigen loss [6, 9]. MASCT-I combines the benefits of a therapeutic vaccine (active immunity) with adoptive cell transfer (passive immunity), often in synergy with immune checkpoint inhibitors like camrelizumab or anti-angiogenic agents like apatinib [4, 17]. This multi-target strategy is currently being evaluated in clinical trials for various advanced solid tumors, including hepatocellular carcinoma, urothelial carcinoma, and sarcomas, where it has demonstrated a manageable safety profile and potential for improving patient survival [5, 16].
