Tyrosinase-related protein 1-specific T-cell receptor (TRP-1 TCR)

The Tyrosinase-related protein 1-specific T-cell receptor (TRP-1 TCR) is an immune receptor found on CD8+ T cells that recognizes TRP-1-derived peptides presented by MHC class I molecules. TRP-1, also known as gp75, is a glycoprotein essential for melanin synthesis and is a prominent melanoma-associated antigen (PubMed: 15155838).
