Target intelligence / Profile preview
UBE2L3 pseudogene 3 is a noncoding pseudogene that shares sequence similarity with the functional UBE2L3 gene, which encodes the E2 ubiquitin-conjugating enzyme E2 L3. While UBE2L3 is involved in cellular protein turnover via ubiquitination and is implicated in disease processes such as autoimmunity, the pseudogene UBE2L3P3 itself does not encode an active protein nor is it considered a therapeutic target. There is no evidence that UBE2L3P3 has direct biological or pathological relevance beyond its identification as a genomic sequence anomaly related to UBE2L3.
