Mechanism of action

Antibody-targeted radioimmunotherapy: Monoclonal antibody m170 delivers cytotoxic radiation (from ^111In or ^90Y conjugates) selectively to cancer cells expressing the antigen, causing cell death. Combination with chemotherapy: adding paclitaxel to increase anticancer efficacy and possibly act synergistically with antibody-targeted radiation.
