The adenocarcinoma-associated antigen recognized by m170 monoclonal antibody is a tumor-associated cell surface antigen targeted by the murine monoclonal antibody m170, which has been exploited in radioimmunotherapy trials for metastatic prostate and breast adenocarcinoma. While m170 can selectively bind to these cancer cells and deliver conjugated cytotoxic radionuclides (^111In for imaging and ^90Y for therapy), the antigen’s precise molecular identity, structure, and physiological function have not been published in accessible literature. Combination with chemotherapy: adding paclitaxel to increase anticancer efficacy and possibly act synergistically with antibody-targeted radiation.
