V-set and immunoglobulin domain containing 10 like 2 (VSIG10L2) is a human gene encoding a predicted cell adhesion molecule, structurally related to the immunoglobulin superfamily. The protein localizes to the plasma membrane and is involved in cell-cell adhesion processes, potentially mediating interactions at cell junctions. Although genetic association with Androgenic Alopecia has been observed, no evidence supports a direct disease-modifying role, nor are there targeted therapies or known safety concerns.
