Target intelligence / Profile preview
Vascular Endothelial Growth Inhibitor (VEGI), also known as TNFSF15 or TL1A, is a cytokine that belongs to the TNF superfamily. It functions as an anti-angiogenic factor by inhibiting the proliferation of endothelial cells and suppressing angiogenesis. VEGI plays a role in modulating immune responses and vascular development, and it has been implicated in the pathogenesis of inflammatory diseases. As a cytokine, there is potential for immune-related adverse events.
Inhibits endothelial cell proliferation and angiogenesis through interactions with its receptor.
