Vomeronasal 1 receptor 110 pseudogene (VN1R110P) is classified as a pseudogene in humans and is part of the vomeronasal 1 receptor (V1R) gene family, which in other species encodes G protein-coupled receptors involved in pheromone detection[7][9][13]. However, in humans, VN1R110P does not encode a functional protein and does not participate in signal transduction or pheromone sensing[3][7][12]. There are no known drug interactions, mechanisms of action, biomarker applications, or safety concerns relevant to this pseudogene. Its biological and clinical significance appears to be limited to its status as a non-coding genomic element; it is not considered a therapeutic target.
