Target intelligence / Profile preview
Vomeronasal 1 receptor 36 pseudogene (VN1R36P) is a human pseudogene belonging to the vomeronasal type-1 receptor family, which in other species encode G protein-coupled pheromone receptors involved in chemosensory signal transduction. In humans, VN1R36P does not encode a functional receptor and is not expressed as a protein. Thus, it has no established biological, pathological, or clinical role.
