Warm yang energy (null)

"Warm yang energy" is a concept from Traditional Chinese Medicine describing the body's warming, active, and invigorating principle, associated with movement, vitality, metabolism, and circulation. Yang energy is considered the force behind physiological warmth and activity and must be balanced with its counterpart, yin, for health. Deficiency of yang energy in TCM is believed to result in symptoms such as chronic coldness, fatigue, and reduced function, and is sometimes implicated in infertility or reproductive challenges. Unlike molecular targets, "warm yang energy" does not correspond to a specific protein, receptor, or biochemical entity and cannot be directly measured or targeted by conventional pharmacological means[1][2][3][4][5][7][9][10].
