Research indicates that interventions based on this principle target core molecular nodes such as AKT1, PPAR receptors, and glucocorticoid receptors to enhance the body's adaptive response to stress and metabolic demand [3, 4, 14]. Clinically, it is applied to a wide range of conditions including chronic kidney disease, male infertility (oligoasthenospermia), and geriatric disorders where systemic functional energy is depleted [1, 6].
