Yang energy

Yang energy is a concept from Chinese philosophy and Traditional Chinese Medicine, defined as the active, dynamic, heat-producing aspect of vital life force (Qi)[1][3][5][9]. Yang is said to drive movement, metabolism, circulation, and immune defense in the body. In TCM, Yang is balanced by Yin (its complementary, passive principle), and health is maintained when these forces are in harmony[1][3][5][9].
