ZBED3 antisense RNA 1 (ZBED3-AS1) is a human long non-coding RNA gene that regulates transcription and cellular processes. It participates in restraining breast cancer progression by modulating cell viability, proliferation, migration, and invasion via the microRNA-513a-5p/KLF6 axis[1][5], and is involved in mesenchymal stem cell differentiation and bone regeneration by repressing IL-1β through the Wnt/β-catenin pathway[2]. It can serve as a therapeutic target for nucleic acid-based interventions, and its expression may have biomarker potential for cancer prognosis and skeletal regenerative medicine[4][8].
