Target intelligence / Profile preview
ZFAND3 divergent transcript (ZFAND3-DT) is a long non-coding RNA gene located divergently from the ZFAND3 protein-coding gene[7][8]. Unlike ZFAND3, which encodes a zinc finger protein involved in transcriptional regulation and possibly cancer invasion, ZFAND3-DT does not encode a protein product. The function, expression profile, and disease relevance of ZFAND3-DT remain poorly defined in available literature, and it is not considered a therapeutic target[7][8].
