Overview

ZNRF2P3, or Zinc and ring finger protein 2 pseudogene 3, is a pseudogene related to the ZNRF2 gene, which encodes a RING-type E3 ubiquitin ligase. Pseudogenes generally do not produce functional proteins and are not considered druggable targets. The related protein-coding ZNRF2 is involved in ubiquitination pathways, but ZNRF2P3 does not share these functional roles. No known biological or disease-related function is attributed to ZNRF2P3.
