Zinc finger and BTB domain-containing protein 37 is a sequence-specific DNA-binding transcription factor containing a BTB domain (broad-complex, tram-track and bric-a-brac) and multiple C2H2 zinc finger motifs. It is predicted to negatively regulate transcription by binding to DNA and recruiting chromatin remodeling complexes, affect cytokine production, and contribute to immune system regulation.
