Zinc finger and SCAN domain-containing protein 32 (ZSCAN32) is a member of the ZSCAN family of transcription factors, characterized by the presence of C2H2-type zinc finger motifs and a SCAN domain[3][5][6]. The zinc finger motif enables DNA binding, targeting specific cis-acting elements to regulate gene transcription[1][3][5].
