Pseudogenes like this do not produce a functional protein. While most pseudogenes are considered non-coding and non-functional, some are transcribed into RNA and may play regulatory roles in gene expression, for example by acting as decoys for regulatory molecules or as sources for small interfering RNAs[11]. There is no evidence that "zinc finger protein 273 pseudogene" serves as a therapeutic, diagnostic, or pharmacological target in current biomedical literature.
