Zinc finger protein 670 (ZNF670)

Target
ZNF670
Molecular classification
Transcription factor, Zinc finger protein
01

Overview

Zinc finger protein 670 is a member of the zinc finger protein family, which contain characteristic anti-parallel hairpin motifs with α-helices and β-strands, and are primarily involved in DNA binding. ZNF670 is predicted to function as a transcription factor, enabling RNA polymerase II sequence-specific DNA binding and transcriptional regulation, with nuclear localization. There is currently no evidence to indicate that it is a direct therapeutic target, nor are there known drugs or clinical biomarkers associated with this protein[1][2][5][6][7][8][9].
