Zinc finger protein 735 (ZNF735) is annotated as a putative member of the zinc finger protein family, which is the largest group of transcription factors in humans and characterized by zinc finger structural motifs enabling DNA or nucleic acid binding[1][2][3]. However, ZNF735 itself is listed in public sequence and gene databases (such as NCBI Gene) as a likely *pseudogene* or a gene encoding a predicted protein without confirmation of a functional product. There is little to no functional data describing its role, expression, or clinical significance. Consequently, ZNF735 does not currently qualify as a drug target, biomarker, or focus of therapeutic development.
