Zinc finger protein 892 (ZNF892) is a predicted DNA-binding transcription factor containing C2H2-type zinc finger domains, belonging to the largest family of transcription factors in humans[4][1]. ZNF892 is believed to regulate transcription by binding to specific sequences in DNA recognized by RNA polymerase II, thereby influencing the expression of downstream genes[4]. Its activity is predicted to occur in the nucleus.
