ZNF133 antisense RNA 1 (ZNF133-AS1) is a long noncoding RNA transcript antisense to ZNF133, a gene encoding zinc finger protein 133. Antisense RNAs such as ZNF133-AS1 typically function by regulating the expression of their corresponding sense genes through various mechanisms, including transcriptional interference, chromatin modification, or RNA-RNA interactions.
