Target intelligence / Profile preview
ZNF32 antisense RNA 2 (ZNF32-AS2) is a long non-coding RNA gene transcribed antisense to the zinc finger protein 32 locus on chromosome 10[3]. It does not encode a protein and is believed to be involved in gene regulation, although its precise biological function is not yet known[6]. ZNF32-AS2 shares several aliases and may be conflated with related lncRNAs in the same locus, such as ZNF32-AS3 and ZNF32-OT1[3][7]. There are no established disease associations, drug interactions, or recognized roles as a biomarker. Current research has not identified ZNF32-AS2 as a therapeutic target, either directly or indirectly[1][3][6].
