Overview
Phase 3, randomised, open-label trial of tacrolimus, mycophenolate mofetil, basiliximab and corticosteroids in chronic kidney disease (CKD) (2 arms), sponsored by Fujisawa Pharmaceutical. Primary endpoints: Renal function at month 6 and Incidence of renal dysfunction, patient death, graft loss, or first biopsy-proven acute rejection within 6 months.
