Overview
Phase 3, randomised, open-label trial in organ allograft rejection comparing Tacrolimus + daclizumab with Tacrolimus + glucocorticoids (2 arms). Primary endpoints: Incidence and time to first biopsy-proven treated rejection within 3 months, Incidence of post-transplant diabetes at month 3 and 4 more. Started May 2007; status: completed.
