Phase 3, randomised trial in chronic kidney disease-associated pruritus (CKD-aP) comparing TRK-820 (nalfurafine) 5 µg IV three times weekly with Placebo IV three times weekly (2 arms). Primary endpoint: Change in worst itching on VAS at Week 4. Started Sep 2005; status: completed.
