Overview
Phase 3, randomised, open-label trial of alemtuzumab, antithymocyte globulin rabbit, tacrolimus, mycophenolate mofetil, methylprednisolone and 1 more in diabetes mellitus type 1 (T1D) and diabetic glomerulosclerosis (2 arms), sponsored by University Hospital Innsbruck. Primary endpoint: Biopsy-proven kidney rejection episodes after 1 year. Started May 2006; status: completed.
