DORADO – Fixed Doses of Darusentan vs Placebo in Resistant Hypertension

Phase 3, randomised, double-blind trial in resistant hypertension (RH) and hypertension (HTN) comparing Darusentan arm with Placebo arm (2 arms). Primary endpoints: Change from baseline to week 14 in trough sitting systolic blood pressure and Change from baseline to week 14 in trough sitting diastolic blood pressure.
