Overview
Phase 3, randomised, double-blind trial in Systemic right ventricle (SRV) and congenitally corrected transposition of the great arteries (ccTGA) comparing Valsartan (Diovan) with Placebo (2 arms). Primary endpoints: Change in right ventricular ejection fraction by CMR and Change in right ventricular ejection fraction by echocardiography (if CMR contraindicated).
