Overview
Phase 2, randomised, open-label trial in age-related macular degeneration (AMD) and Subretinal neovascularization comparing Ranibizumab monotherapy with Ranibizumab + verteporfin photodynamic therapy (2 arms). Primary endpoints: Mean change in best-corrected visual acuity at 6 months and Mean change in best-corrected visual acuity at 12 months. Started Mar 2010; status: completed.
