Overview
Phase 2, randomised, double-blind trial in age-related macular degeneration (AMD) and Subretinal neovascularization comparing Visudyne combination therapy with Lucentis monotherapy (2 arms). Primary endpoints: Mean change from baseline in best-corrected visual acuity at Month 12 and Number of Lucentis retreatments after Month 2. Started Dec 2006; status: completed.
