Overview
Phase 4, open-label, single-arm trial of saquinavir and ritonavir in human immunodeficiency virus infection (HIV), sponsored by St Stephen's AIDS Trust. Primary endpoints: Plasma concentrations of saquinavir during administration with a low-fat and a high-fat meal and Plasma concentrations of ritonavir during administration with a low-fat and a high-fat meal.
