Overview
Phase 4, randomised, open-label trial in Human immunodeficiency virus infection type 1 comparing Tenofovir + emtricitabine + efavirenz, Tenofovir + emtricitabine + atazanavir/ritonavir and Tenofovir + emtricitabine + lopinavir/ritonavir (3 arms). Primary endpoint: Mean increase in absolute CD4+ T-lymphocyte count at week 48. Started Mar 2010; status: completed.
