Overview
Phase 4, randomised, open-label trial of fludrocortisone, deflazacort and nimodipine in idiopathic sudden sensorineural hearing loss (ISSNHL) (4 arms), sponsored by Dr. Daniel López Aguado. Servicio de OtorrinolaringologÃa. Hospital Universitario de Canarias. Primary endpoints: Change in pure-tone audiometry thresholds from baseline to day 90, Change in auditory brainstem evoked potentials from baseline to day 90 and 1 more.
