Overview
Phase 3, randomised, open-label trial of cytarabine, mitoxantrone, tioguanine and daunorubicin in acute myeloid leukemia (AML) (2 arms), sponsored by LMU Klinikum. Primary endpoints: Overall response rate after induction therapy and Complete remission/complete remission with incomplete peripheral recovery improvement. Started Aug 2008; status: completed.
