Overview
Phase 3, randomised, double-blind trial in stomatitis and head and neck cancer (HNC) comparing EN3285 (NAC ProGelz) arm with Placebo arm (2 arms). Primary endpoints: Radiation dose to onset of severe oral mucositis and Prevention of severe oral mucositis at 50 Gy. Started Mar 2008; status: completed.
