Phase 4, open-label trial of duloxetine in diabetic polyneuropathy (DPN) and major depressive disorder (MDD) (2 arms), sponsored by Boehringer Ingelheim. Primary endpoints: Change from baseline in Brief Pain Inventory 24-hour average interference score at 12 weeks and Clinically relevant improvement threshold in BPI interference score.
