Phase 3, randomised trial in Acute Heart Failure (AHF) comparing Clevidipine IV infusion with Standard-of-care IV antihypertensive (2 arms). Primary endpoints: Time to attainment of initial prespecified systolic blood pressure target range and Proportion attaining blood pressure target and 15% systolic blood pressure reduction.
