Overview
Phase 2, randomised, open-label trial in chronic myelogenous leukemia (CML) comparing Imatinib 400 mg daily with Dasatinib 100 mg daily (2 arms). Primary endpoint: Proportion of Ph-positive cells in stem cell compartments at 6 months. Started Dec 2008; status: completed.
