Overview
Phase 3, randomised, single-blind trial in Crohn's disease and anal fistula comparing CX-401 plus standard surgical treatment and drainage with Placebo plus standard surgical treatment and drainage (2 arms). Primary endpoint: Complete closure of treated complex perianal fistula at week 24 in anti-TNF-exposed patients. Started Aug 2008; status: completed.
