Overview
Phase 3, randomised, double-blind trial of pneumococcal 13-valent conjugate vaccine, pneumococcal 7-valent conjugate vaccine, Meningococcal group C polysaccharide conjugate vaccine and Bordetella pertussis toxoid antigen (glutaraldehyde inactivated) in pneumococcal disease and meningococcal disease (2 arms), sponsored by Wyeth. Primary endpoint: Percentage of subjects achieving meningococcal C SBA titer at least 1:8 after 2-dose infant NeisVac-C series.
