Overview
Phase 2, randomised, double-blind trial in hypertension (HTN) comparing LCI699 arm with Placebo arm (2 arms). Primary endpoints: LCI699 concentration–response relationship on cortisol following ACTH stimulation and Maximum tolerated dose (MTD) with respect to cortisol suppression following ACTH stimulation.
